Judge Belvin Perry held an emergency hearing this morning in Orlando to announce whether or not Casey Anthony needs to return to Florida for her supervised probation. After leaving us all in suspense all week, it seems we'll have to wait a bit longer to get a definitve answer out of Belvin. He's decided he needs more time to think.
After hearing the defenses side of the case, he called the matted a "legal maze" and a "mess" before telling the attorneys:
"I'll be the first to admit this is not a very clear cut issue ... you’ve given me a lot to think about."
So now he's off thinking about it. Given Casey's track record with this judge and the legal system, we have a feeling we know what he'll decide.
